New hair look?

Hi!

I am in desperate need of a new hairstyle!

I don't wish to: dye my hair,highlight it

Preferable hairstlyes that don't need a lot of while to make them up.

My hair is pretty weird.It is curly,frizzy,long till my shoulders.It cannot be longer, because for a strange reason, it tends to grow "on the air", addressed to anywhere, but not down!I cannot understand why it doesn't grow normally!

Anyway, it has a great volume.Dry and dandruff.

I want to make something, so that it will be renewed and would look good.I am too tired of straighten them!

My face:Round,fat with a normal brow I guess.

Please, give me some tips!
