i want to get my hair like this.... i am male btw

right now my hair is quite short, im letting it grow and its starting to go over my ears a bit at the sides and getting longer at the back, and im starting to get a slight fringe. should i get it cut and ask for a certain hair style so it grows into that kind of style? or just let it grow? my hair is starting to look a bit messy now, like on the sides.

Mmm...too long for my taste. I have really never cared for guys with long hair ... even as a teenager. I don't know what your hair looks like now .. but keep it short. People will respect you more, you have better job opportunities, etc.
