My hair is kinda boring, it's medium brown w/ hi-lights, pretty long, and very straight, actually kinda wavy, hmmm.
Any suggestions for hairstyles, and haircuts?

Layers and more layers in your hair!!! you could flip the layers using a curling iron, try putting it up in a messy bun or ponytail, it actually sounds like you have really nice hair, so have fun with it!
