Okay..to make it short; I'm usually known in school for my long real hair and the hairstyles I do. This year theres more hmm..."competition"

What are some DIFFERENT colors that STAND OUT?

I am NOT looking for "natural" colors.

So far I know I'm getting red. But what are good colors to go with red? I was thinking a dark caramel brown...would that look good?

No blue. Sorry, this is Kansas...don't want Kstate fans after me!

What about two shades of brown with it? One really dark, almost black, and the other a very pale ash brown, or light reddish brown.

I think that hot pink and red would look cute w/ some blond highlights too! =)..!

A style that I really like I saw on this girl with really long hair. Her hair was medium blonde, or like a dirty blonde, and really straight. The Very underneath layer was a real dark rich chocolate brown, then there was a layer of pink, and I mean hot pink, and she had some really light blonde streaks throughout the top layers. It looked awesome!! Its all about personal style and what you like.....when I wanted to style and color mine, all I did was google trendy funky hairstyles or haircolors, and found some great ideas just browsing through pics!! I hope you get the style you Love, and the hell with the competition!!!!! : )

Maybe some dark maroon, hot pink, bleach blonde, and may I say as a Professional Hairstylist you should look into lowlights, and if you want the dramatic effect do a black or rich brown. It will make the other colors really stand out and the mix will look really cool.
